RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate expertise in domestic and international logistics, including customs processes and documentation.
- Optimize warehouse operations for efficiency, timely order fulfillment, and accurate inventory management.
- Manage the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process for materials, ensuring accurate recording and coordination with relevant departments.
- Stay updated on HSN codes for compliance and accuracy in goods movement documentation.
- Generate materials stock reports to provide insights into inventory levels, turnover, and improvement areas.
- Implement effective warehouse management practices, including layout optimization, order picking, and safety measures.
- Handle documentation for materials inward and outward movements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Continuously assess and improve logistics strategies to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in relevant logistics software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
