Designation: Logistics Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Shift: USA Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday-Friday (Except last Saturday of every month for Training and Development)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate international shipments across air, sea, road, and rail..
• Prepare and manage export and import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and authorities.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation costs.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, damages, and claims.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records using logistics and ERP systems

Qualification and Skills:

• Basic organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle assigned tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records and supporting documentation accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn decision-making under guidance.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations, cost awareness, and eagerness to learn risk management and international trade processes.
