Logistics Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. This role is execution-focused. If you’re expecting a desk-only or supervisory role, this is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinateinbound and outbound shipments
• Manage dispatch, delivery schedules, and transporter coordination
• Maintain inventory records, stock movement, and documentation
• Ensure timely order fulfillment with minimum errors
• Handle GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and logistics reports
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse staff, and vendors
• Resolve delivery delays and logistics issues proactively

Requirements

• Any degree or diploma (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred, not mandatory)
• 0–2 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management & documentation
• Comfortable with MS Excel and basic system entries
• Willingness to work on the ground not just supervise
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
