Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-up of company and outside vehicles
• Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirement
• Book outside vehicles when required
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain daily vehicle records and dispatch details
• Keep records of vehicle rent, trips, and payments
• Negotiate vehicle rent amount with transporters
• Verify vehicle bills and submit for payment
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch team
• Ensure proper documentation (invoice, LR, e-way bill)
• Handle delivery-related issues and delays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
