Logistics Executive

Hosuk Travels is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Riyadh. This role is vital in coordinating transportation, managing travel-related logistics, and ensuring timely and efficient movement of resources to support smooth travel and tour operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for tours and travel operations.
• Liaise with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor schedules, routes, and bookings to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports, records, and documentation.
• Handle travel-related inventory and ensure availability of required resources.
• Resolve operational issues and support customers with logistics-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, operations, or travel coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
