Logistics Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions, a growing technology and services company, is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Executive to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is well suited for a professional who can manage logistics coordination, inventory movement, and vendor communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including procurement, storage, and distribution
• Manage inventory records, stock levels, and movement of IT equipment and materials
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Support cost control initiatives by optimizing logistics processes
• Maintain accurate logistics reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the UAE
• Good understanding of logistics operations and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics or ERP systems
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
