Logistics Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth transportation processes to support our logistics and freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and international shipments efficiently
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and customs authorities
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and shipping regulations
• Monitor freight costs and assist in negotiating rates with carriers
• Handle import and export documentation processes
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues promptly

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and customs documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
