We are looking for a qualified Logistics EXIM Executive (Legal/Compliances) to join our team. You will provide support to the Purchase & Logistics Teams and respond to other departmental prospects or queries. You will undertake Legal Administrative job duties/responsibilities as it pertains to the Logistics & Purchase departments. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating Documentations, Certifications & meeting the Compliance requirements of the Customs Department & Vendors.

Location: Dighi, Pune - Maharashtra.

Number of Positions: only 01 required.

Salary Range:Rs.14,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month (In-Hand Salary); CTC Range: Rs.2,22,816/- to Rs.3,00,348/- per annum (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience).

Educational Qualification: BBA(IB), BBM, B. Com, B.A (Arts) etc. Any Degree (Excluding IT and Science streams).

Experience: Freshers, 6 months to 1 Year of experience in Documentation, Certifications & Compliance requirements of the Customs Department & Vendors.

Desirable Skills:

• Fluent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
• Good Documentation, file and record maintaining skills.
• Should be well-versed with Excel/Advance Excel skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team Collaborate with others.
• Good Convincing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with the Purchase & Logistics departments, Customs Department Officers & Vendors.
• Preparing, Submitting & Maintaining Documentations required to get the essential Certificates & meeting the Compliance requirements.
• Supporting Purchase and Logistical operations.
• Any other responsibility that your job may require from time to time.
