Logistics & Expediting Specialist (Import Export Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, book, and manage inbound and outbound shipments to/from KSA.

Handle customs clearance via SABER, FASAH, and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

• coordinating with forwarders, insurers, customs brokers, transporters, and all stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and prepare accurate shipping documentation.

• Expedite supplier deliveries and resolve shipment issues.

Maintain ERP records and support audits.

• Optimize logistics processes and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in KSA logistics/import-export operations.
Strong knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, Incoterms, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
CRITERIA:
Strong understanding of Saudi customs procedures, import/export regulations and local transport rules.
Experience with logistics service providers and freight forwarding.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and MS Office.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Qatar Experience in Poles manufacturing or Steel fabrication: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Required)

• Doha (Preferred)
