Job Title: Logistics Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Logistics Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in logistics, supply chain management, and related domains. The trainer will be responsible for developing curriculum, conducting interactive sessions, and preparing students or professionals for careers in logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:

• Deliver classroom and online training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Inventory Management, and related subjects.
• Use real-world examples and case studies to illustrate key logistics concepts and trends.
• Ensure students gain practical skills and knowledge aligned with industry standards.

Curriculum Development:

• Design, update, and improve training modules, course content, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Align training content with industry certifications

Assessment & Feedback:

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations to measure student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and individual mentoring where required.
• Support students with career guidance and exam preparation.

Administration & Coordination:

• Maintain student attendance, progress records, and training logs.
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for scheduling and resource needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of industry experience in logistics or supply chain, and 1+ year in training or teaching.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, tools, and software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
