We are Looking for Logistics & Fleet Operations Executive responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimising vehicle movement, deliveries, and logistics operations. The role requires hands-on experience in fleet or courier operations and strong expertise in logistics automation systems for scheduling, tracking, and stock in/out management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle schedules for deliveries and pickups.
  • Optimize routes to reduce cost, fuel consumption, and delivery time.
  • Ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate driver schedules, shifts, and trip assignments.

2. Logistics Operations Management

  • Oversee dispatch operations and real-time tracking of vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods across locations.
  • Handle route changes, breakdowns, emergencies, and last-minute scheduling adjustments.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, procurement, and operations teams.

3. Automation & Software Management

  • Manage and operate logistics automation systems (e.g., Zenoti, ERP, fleet tracking systems, courier management software).
  • Monitor stock in/out, delivery confirmations, and inventory movement through software platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and process automation improvements.
  • Train staff and drivers on system usage and digital reporting.

4. Vendor & Fleet Coordination

  • Liaise with third-party transporters, courier partners, and cargo companies.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company logistics standards and policies.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain logs for fleet usage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trip records.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and scheduling reports.
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, and cost efficiency.

6. Compliance & Cost Control

  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and operational expenses.
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, cargo, courier, or transportation companies (e.g., Daewoo, courier networks).
  • Strong experience with logistics automation software, ERP systems, or fleet management tools (Zenoti or similar).
  • Expertise in scheduling, route planning, dispatch operations, and stock in/out management.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and team-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

  • Head of Logistics

Job Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)
