Position summary:

During this internship, you’ll be supporting shipment tracking, data entry, invoice coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics, finance, service, and warehouse teams.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Logistics support: provide support to the logistics department, following up on the status of shipments and track shipments process from origin to destination
  • Data entry and analysis: record keeping and registering shipments details in chronological order
  • Accounts payable support: work closely with the finance department on invoice payments
  • Service support: work closely with the Service department by providing updates on shipments, costs and quotations
  • Prepare comparison between planned and actual costs for projects
  • Clients: handle communication with direct clients for pickups and deliveries
  • Warehouse and materials: keep a register of materials of inbound and outbound movements
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager
  • Support other departments when needed


Who we’re looking for:

In order to be considered for this role, you must be a UAE resident and currently live in one of the following emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.


  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field who is able to work full-time
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with SAP software and Power BI is desirable
  • Detail oriented, organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
  • Commercially aware with a focus on business impact
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment
  • Please be aware that the Rolls-Royce site is in a remote location (Jebel Ali Free Zone) with limited public transport access therefore the driving licence will be desirable.
