Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assist. Manager/Manager to manage and coordinate logistics activities at our manufacturing factory in Halol - Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics).
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain updated records of logistics and transportation operations.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
• Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and gate passes.
• Support inventory control and stock management at the factory.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports for management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline. 7–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain in a manufacturing environment and min. 3 to 5 year at Managerial position.
• Knowledge of logistics software.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of transportation regulations and documentation.

Preferred:

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
