Logistics Manager

• Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Oversee and manage transportation activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Manage logistics staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Track KPIs and generate regular reports on logistics performance (e.g., on-time delivery, cost per shipment, freight claims).
• Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation and logistics service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, customs, and legal regulations.
• Utilize logistics software systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP) for planning and tracking.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
