Logistics Manager

Our client, a leading multinational organization, is looking for a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics, a strong performance-driven mindset, and a proven track record of leadership and growth within their previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including Warehousing, Transportation, and Materials Management.
• Develop strategies to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to provide visibility into logistics performance and operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations & Logistics, with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: Warehousing, Transportation, or Materials Management.
• Demonstrated performance-driven approach with tangible achievements in previous roles.
• Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed university.
• Proven leadership experience with prior team management responsibilities.
• Strong track record of career growth and progression within the same organization.
