Tiger Fuel Company is hiring a Fuel Logistics Manager to lead daily dispatch and delivery operations for propane, heating oil, diesel, and gasoline. What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and route daily fuel deliveries for residential and commercial customers
• Manage driver schedules, fleet operations, and productivity
• Serve as the main point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams
• Monitor deliveries, equipment, and inventory using routing and logistics systems
• Identify opportunities to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Support customer service and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in fuel logistics, dispatch, operations, or supervisory roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, routing/dispatch software a plus
• Familiarity with Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas is preferred
• Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
