Logistics Manager

Own and optimize end-to-end logistics operations—covering Warehouse Management System (WMS), Fleet Management System (FMS), and Distribution Management System (DMS)—to deliver high service levels, cost efficiency, and scalable logistics infrastructure, while ensuring full ERP integration and operational excellence across all logistics functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve ≥97% on-time delivery (OTIF) across all outlets.
• Reduce logistics cost per delivery by 5–10%.
• Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy across warehouses.
• Ensure ≥90% fleet utilization and reduce idle capacity.
• Reduce order fulfillment cycle time by ≥20%.
• Lead ERP logistics implementation (WMS, fleet, routing) with full adoption.
• Ensure 100% cold chain compliance across all deliveries. 
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 8–12 years logistics experience, 3–5 years leadership
• Managed network: 50+ outlets / multi-location distribution
• Fleet size: 20–50+ vehicles
• Warehouse throughput: High-volume, multi-SKU (1,000+ SKUs)
• Experience in ERP (WMS / TMS systems)
• Primary: F&B Retail, QSR Chains
• Secondary: FMCG, Retail, Distribution-heavy businesses
