Develop reasonable sorting strategies, such as batch sorting and zone sorting, based on factors such as product characteristics, order structure, and warehouse layout, ensuring that the sorting process meets optimal operating standards.

Regularly evaluate and adjust the sorting process, continuously exploring more efficient sorting methods in light of business changes and the application of new technologies. For example, introduce advanced sorting equipment and technologies, such as automated sorting systems and intelligent warehouse robots, to improve sorting efficiency and accuracy and reduce labor costs.

Data Analysis and Monitoring: Monitor sorting progress and efficiency using data analysis methods. Establish a data monitoring indicator system by collecting sorting data such as sorting volume, sorting time, and error rate. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and analyze sorting data in real time, promptly identifying bottlenecks in the sorting process, such as inefficiency in a particular sorting area or backlog of sorting tasks during a specific time period.

Based on the data analysis results, develop targeted improvement measures, such as adjusting sorting personnel allocation, optimizing sorting task distribution, and improving sorting equipment layout, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and meet customer delivery timeliness requirements.

Technology Upgrade and Innovation Promotion: Responsible for upgrading sorting technology and equipment plans, monitoring the development of new technologies and equipment in the industry, and assessing their feasibility for application in the company's warehouse. Develop a sorting technology upgrade roadmap, gradually introducing advanced sorting technologies and equipment, such as automatic identification systems and intelligent sorting algorithms, to promote automation and process innovation.

During the technology upgrade process, organize training and learning for relevant personnel to ensure that employees can master the operation methods of new technologies and equipment. Simultaneously, establish an evaluation mechanism after technology upgrades to track and evaluate the application effects of new technologies and equipment, continuously optimize technology application solutions, and improve warehouse productivity.

III. Temporary Worker Management and Team Development

**Recruitment, Training, and Scheduling Management:** Develop and manage temporary worker recruitment strategies. Based on company business fluctuations, reasonably predict the demand for temporary workers and their skill requirements. Recruit through various channels, such as recruitment websites, labor markets, and internal referrals, to ensure timely recruitment of suitable temporary workers.

Be responsible for temporary worker training. Develop training plans and content, including knowledge and skills training on company culture, warehouse operation procedures, and safety regulations. Improve temporary workers' work abilities and business skills through new employee onboarding training and job skills training, enabling them to quickly adapt to their positions.

Develop temporary worker scheduling strategies. Based on changes in business volume and work needs, reasonably arrange temporary workers' working hours and tasks. Through flexible scheduling, ensure sufficient staff support during peak business periods while reasonably controlling labor costs during off-peak periods, improving the flexibility and efficiency of staffing.

Task Assignment and Performance Evaluation: Optimize the task assignment process for temporary workers, allocating tasks reasonably based on their skill levels, experience, and abilities to ensure fairness and appropriateness. Clearly define task requirements and completion standards so that temporary workers understand their responsibilities and goals.

Establish a performance evaluation system for temporary workers, developing scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicators and methods, and regularly evaluating their performance. Through performance evaluation, identify temporary workers' strengths and weaknesses, providing appropriate rewards and guidance to motivate them to improve their work enthusiasm and efficiency, ensuring strict adherence to work processes and safety regulations, and improving overall team collaboration efficiency.

Team Building and Staff Retention: Organize regular training and team building activities for temporary workers, such as skills training seminars, team building exercises, and employee forums. These activities enhance communication and collaboration among temporary workers, improve team cohesion and unity, help temporary workers better integrate into the team, and increase staff retention.

Focus on the job satisfaction and career development needs of temporary workers, providing them with a good working environment and development opportunities. For example, establish a mechanism for selecting outstanding temporary employees, recognizing and rewarding those with excellent performance; provide opportunities for permanent employment or career development guidance to temporary employees who wish to pursue long-term career development, thereby enhancing their loyalty and sense of belonging.

IV. Supply Chain Procurement and Supplier Management

Procurement Plan Development and Execution
