Qualification: Graduate - Any Specialization; Preference to Graduate from Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
• Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services
• Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
• Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
• Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day / Preparing reports
• Track the route plan on day-to-day basis
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
• Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.

Key Skills & Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good command over English, Hindi and local language.
• Proactive and Self Motivated, Relationship Building, Good Team Leader
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
