As Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
· Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
· Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing team.
· Maintain supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turnover, Accuracy, Delivery/Shipment times, Return Reasons, Invoice Accuracy etc.)
· Suggest solutions for process improvements.
· Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
· Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
· Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
· Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
· Create system invoices, delivery notes, & packing lists.
· Coordinate shipments and drivers’ trips.
· Train new employees in job duties.
· Control Receipt and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing items from store.
· Assure loading team is distributed and labors are assigned efficiently over tasks.
· Make Purchase Requests then forward them to Purchase Department for all consumables & trading items.
· Maintain safety measures in all warehouses.
· Assure all items are loaded according to Quality Check List:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or any related field.
· 2 years of experience at least in logistics field in UAE.
· English Proficiency.
· Competent Leadership & Communication skills.
