Logistics & Sales Coordinator

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Job Summary:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining strong communication with clients. This role is primarily based on negotiating with customers and offering services. It involves daily interaction through emails, chat systems, and occasional phone calls to manage loads, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transport operations. You will also play a key role in achieving performance targets while optimizing routes and maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth and repeat opportunities.
• Negotiate effectively with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, payments, and communications to support transparency and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, timely updates, and swift problem resolution.
• Achieve assigned monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
