Customer Support Representative (Logistics)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Logistics) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage shipment tickets.
• Handle Shippr advice and coordinate accordingly.
• Work on HFC shipments and ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Manage courier complaints and forward advice for timely resolution.
• Ensure all tasks are completed as per SOPs and deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)
• Monthly Allowances:
• PKR 3,000 Punctuality Allowance
• PKR 3,000 Performance Allowance
• PKR 2,000 Dress Code Allowance
• Increment: Every 6 months (Performance-Based)
