We’re Hiring – Import & Export Specialist!

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Import & Export Specialist to manage international trade operations, documentation, and logistics. The candidate should be well-versed in import/export procedures, customs clearance, and shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all import and export documentation (LCs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)

* Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and clearing agents

* Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations

* Track shipments and maintain accurate records of all transactions

* Prepare reports on imports, exports, and freight costs

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Business Administration

* Experience: 3–5 years in import/export operations (manufacturing or machinery preferred)

* Strong knowledge of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Familiar with international trade laws and Incoterms
