Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic R&D & International Business Specialist to support our global expansion and product innovation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in international trade, research and development, and LLC/company formation in different regions. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of global business compliance, and the ability to explore new markets while contributing to product and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for Sama Engineering machinery across international regions

* Assist in R&D activities by analyzing customer needs, competitor trends, and product development ideas

* Provide guidance on LLC creation, company registration, and legal structures in various regions

* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company law

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, technical) to support overseas projects

* Develop reports on global business opportunities, trade laws, and regulatory updates

* Support management in building strategies for international partnerships and market entry

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Engineering (preferred with exposure to R&D and global business)

* Experience: 3–5 years in international business, import/export compliance, or R&D roles

* Strong knowledge of LLC opening, international company structures, and business regulations

* Familiarity with packaging/processing machinery industry is a plus

* Excellent research, documentation, and analytical skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple international projects

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
