About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?


  1. Identification of new markets and parties for appointment as AGTL Dealer and represent the company in international forums, exhibitions, and trade bodies to strengthen global presence.
  2. Sales Forecast Markets & Periodic for the Company and develop & execute export strategies to expand international markets for tractors, spare parts, and farm implements.
  3. Timely execution of orders and settlement of post sales issues
  4. Export Targets Achievements
  5. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, documentation requirements, and timely order fulfillment & Risk Management


Minimum Qualification & Experience:


Education:

  • BSc. Agricultural engineering / BSc. Mechanical Engineering / MBA from a renowned university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Experienced Computer User, familiar with ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office.
  • Experienced in financial analysis, strategy and budget development.


Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 08 years of work experience in the export segment of auto, tractor and farm machinery, spare parts etc, preferably with a leading global OEM.
  • Worked in Export markets, Africa, Middle East, Asia & others


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

  • Well Understand the Tractors and Farm Machinery Product lines, Standards & Compliance
  • Export Documentation – Proficient in preparing accurate quotations/P.Is, sales invoices, shipping & customs documents.
  • International Trade Compliance – Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, and export regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination – Experience in managing shipments via sea, air, or land.
  • Market Research – Ability to identify and develop new international markets.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Skilled in B2B sales and closing export deals.
  • CRM & Relationship Management – Building and maintaining long-term customer relations.
  • Financial Basics – Understanding of pricing, margins, L/Cs, and forex impacts.
  • In-depth understanding of automotive business, aftersales operations and dealer service business
