New Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leads the NPD process.
• Identifies customer needs, market gaps, and business opportunities.
• Defines product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Designs and develops the product concept.
• Builds prototypes and tests functionality.
• Ensures feasibility of the product from a technical standpoint.
• onducts market research and customer analysis.
• Helps define product positioning and target audience.
• Develops go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in NPD or R&D from a pharmaceutical industry.
• D-Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy.
