Position: Logistics Officer (Construction / MEP) – UAE

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company cars and buses, including trip planning, route planning, and vehicle assignments
  • GPS tracking, route optimization, and forecasting daily transportation requirements
  • Vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Fuel control and reporting
  • Management of DARB/SALIK, traffic fines, vehicle documentation, and renewals
  • Site tools management (issuance, inter-site transfers, tracking, and maintenance)
  • Coordination with project teams, drivers, suppliers, and workshops

Technical / Software Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (tracking sheets, reports, fleet cost monitoring)
  • Experience with ERP systems (logistics, fleet, inventory, approvals)
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking platforms and route monitoring systems
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills

Candidate Requirements:

  • Construction / MEP background is mandatory
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics and transport management within the construction industry, specifically in Abu Dhabi
  • UAE experience in fleet and logistics operations is required
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
