Logistics Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to support and coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transportation, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules and logistics activities.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with warehouse coordination when required.
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery or transportation issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local logistics and customs regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP or inventory systems.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and shipment coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
