Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Logistics Officer to join our contracting and consultation company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in international import/export operations, customs clearance, shipment coordination, and logistics management. The candidate must be capable of independently managing all logistics activities and handling responsibilities with minimal supervision. Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all international import and export operations by air, sea, and land.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, and shipping companies.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and logistics records.
• Independently manage transportation planning and material movement for projects.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Resolve customs, shipment, transportation, and logistics-related issues efficiently.
• Monitor logistics costs and maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international import & export logistics.
• Ability to independently manage all logistics and shipment operations.
• Experience in contracting, construction, or consultation companies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
• Valid UAE driving license will be preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
