ملخص الوظيفة:

مسؤول عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات سلسلة الإمداد والتخزين وتوزيع منتجات القهوة لضمان تسليمها للفروع والعملاء في الوقت المحدد وبشكل آمن مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والتشغيل.

2. تنظيم عمليات النقل وجدولة مواعيد التوصيل مع الموردين وشركات النقل.

3. إعداد ومراجعة أوامر التسليم ومستندات الشحن.

4. التأكد من التعامل مع المنتجات ونقلها بطريقة آمنة ووفق معايير الجودة.

5. متابعة الشحنات وحل أي تأخيرات أو مشكلات لوجستية بشكل سريع.

6. حفظ سجلات العمليات اللوجستية وإعداد التقارير الدورية.

7. الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة.

8. التنسيق مع أقسام المبيعات والمخازن والعمليات لتلبية احتياجات الفروع والعملاء.

9. الإشراف على عمليات توصيل واستلام ماكينات القهوة الخاصة بالصيانة والتأكد من نقلها وتسليمها للفروع أو مركز الصيانة بشكل منظم وآمن.

10. تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى مرتبطة بطبيعة العمل حسب توجيهات الإدارة.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating supply chain, storage, and distribution operations for coffee products to ensure timely and safe delivery to branches and customers while maintaining quality and operational standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Organize transportation operations and schedule delivery times with suppliers and transport companies.
• Prepare and review delivery orders and shipping documents.
• Ensure products are handled and transported safely and in accordance with quality standards.
• Track shipments and quickly resolve any delays or logistical issues.
• Maintain logistics records and prepare periodic reports.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations departments to meet the needs of branches and customers.
• Supervise the delivery and receipt of coffee machines for maintenance, ensuring they are transported and delivered to branches or the maintenance center in an organized and safe manner.
• Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the job as directed by management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,100.00 per month
