Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct merchandising activities in retail outlets, ensuring our products are attractively displayed and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products to meet customer demands.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and sales.
• Efficiently manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.
• Safely operate delivery vehicles and handle products with care during transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in merchandising, delivery, or a related field within the FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with local routes and geography to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving merchandise during deliveries.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and devices for navigation and order tracking.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
