Pick-Up Staff

Job Title: Pick-Up Staff
Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify customer orders before handover.
• Ensure all pick-up orders are complete, accurate, and properly packed.
• Hand over orders to customers and delivery drivers in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and delivery staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Monitor order preparation times and follow up on delayed orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pick-up and waiting area.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or customer service role preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
