Logistics & Operations Executive

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, and order management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify operations, ensuring smooth order processing, handling returns, and reducing logistics-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and company website.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure accurate stock availability and timely dispatch.
• Returns & Refunds: Monitor and process product returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently.
• RTO & NDR Management: Track and resolve RTO (Return to Origin) and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues to minimize losses.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with courier partners for timely deliveries and escalations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain daily/weekly reports on orders, returns, and delivery performance.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all operational activities align with e-commerce policies and company guidelines.
• Customer Support Coordination: Work with customer care teams to resolve order-related queries quickly.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Logistics & Operations (preferably FMCG or e-commerce).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify admin panel.
• Strong knowledge of order processing, returns handling, RTO & NDR management.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
