Logistics Operations Executive

S Infinite Express Pvt Ltd is looking for an Operations Executive for Warehouse & Logistics who will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, accurate billing, and smooth coordination of logistics activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities to maintain efficient warehouse functioning.

Job Timings: 10am to 7 pm, Sunday Weekly off
Job Location: Kaman/ Vasai East

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and related billing documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams, transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.
• Ensure all dispatches are properly documented and comply with company procedures.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and loading activities to maintain product quality and accuracy.
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on dispatch, billing, and stock movement.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in warehouse operations.
