Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end D2C logistics, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing delivery partners, reducing RTO rates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track and manage RTO (Return to Origin) orders and implement strategies to reduce RTO rates.
- Coordinate and manage multiple suppliers and delivery partners for smooth dispatch operations.
- Maintain and update operational sheets, reports, and order dashboards.
- Utilize HubSpot for managing customer interactions, queries, and tracking communication.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics for D2C orders including order processing, dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or queries; provide effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve delivery efficiency.
- Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements to optimize logistics performance.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or D2C order management (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics workflows.
- Experience in handling RTO and coordinating with courier partners.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to maintain structured data sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
