We are looking for a Turkish Logistics Operations Manager to join our team in Paris.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or logistics , native or professional-level French proficiency (francophone) , and the ability to lead a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations in Paris
• Lead a team of 5–6 people , ensuring efficiency and collaboration
• Supervise daily workflows, shipping, and supply processes
• Communicate with local partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Turkish nationality
• Proven experience in operations and/or logistics
• Native or fluent French (C1–C2) and strong English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Paris
