About the Job

We are BSA Global, a freight forwarding company based in Dubai. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Logistics Operations Runner to join our team immediately.

You will work across Dubai's main cargo hubs – DAFZA, DWC (Al Maktoum Airport), and Jebel Ali (JAFZA) – collecting and delivering cargo, accompanying shipments through customs checkpoints, and keeping freight moving on schedule.

You work as part of a team with our Logistics Coordinator. All paperwork and gate passes are handled for you – your job is to be on the ground, moving cargo, and representing the company professionally.

What You Will Do

• Collect and deliver cargo between warehouses, cargo terminals, and client locations using a company vehicle
• Load, unload, and transport shipments safely
• Accompany cargo through UAE Customs checkpoints at DXB, DWC, and Jebel Ali
• Check cargo against shipping documents (AWBs, invoices, packing lists) at pickup and delivery
• Stay in contact with the Logistics Coordinator throughout the working day
• Report any cargo damage or discrepancies immediately

What We Are Looking For

Must have:

• Valid UAE driving license – clean record, experience driving in port/airport zones
• Minimum 1 year of experience working at or around DAFZA, DWC, or JAFZA
• Familiarity with cargo terminal checkpoints and access procedures
• Basic English – able to read, write and speak
• Physically fit: lifting up to 30 kg, outdoor work

Nice to have:

• Experience at DXB cargo terminals (Emirates SkyCargo, dnata)
• Arabic language skills

Schedule: 6 days/week. Early mornings and late evenings may be required. Overtime is paid in full accordance with UAE Labour Law.
