What You’ll Do:

Monitor daily logistics and rider operations, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with service standards.

Identify abnormal rider activities or operational issues, coordinate with relevant teams to provide timely solutions, and continuously optimize on-ground execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Dispatch, and Vendor Operations Government Affairs) to resolve delivery-related issues and enhance the overall user experience.

Collect and analyze data on delivery performance, rider efficiency, and customer feedback to support business decisions and process improvements.

Assist in implementing new logistics initiatives and performance incentive programs aimed at improving delivery efficiency and service quality.

Support documentation of operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and FAQs to ensure process transparency and consistency.

Contribute ideas to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance rider engagement.
What We Need From You:

UAE National (Emirati citizen)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.

Strong command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
-
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking and ability to handle data.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience or strong interest in logistics, delivery operations, or e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards) is an advantage.
