Logistics Operations Support Executive

We are looking for a "Logistics Operations Support Executive" to contribute to our company's growth journey.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from relevant departments of Faculties of Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Engineering,
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics operations,
• Strong process management and effective communication skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, Çorlu and Çerkezköy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that the operational processes under responsibility are carried out according to the standards set in the defined procedures,
• Make and implement accurate daily operational plans to meet the determined targets in terms of time and cost,
• Ensure that the operational activities are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety procedures,
• Manage the shift schedules of the team members,
• Identify and inform the operations teams about any disruptions in the daily flow and provide guidance.
