Key Accountability Areas

Logistics Optimization

• Reduce delivery time starting from the order dispatching phase until the order is delivered.
• Increase On-time deliveries by enhancing system estimations, and accuracy and reducing outliers.
• Optimize dispatch algorithm to ensure we deliver at the fastest time and reduce early cancellation orders.
• Analyze customer delivery experience and enhance all factors that impact NPS score.
• Optimize stacked orders to ensure saving orders with the best experience.
• Optimize stacked orders CPO and ensure to reduce CPO smartly.
• Optimize shift cities forecast, rider demand estimations, zoning, and slots availability.
• Optimize all shift city setups systematically and ensure riders can work seamlessly.
• Contribute to new initiatives such as acquiring college students as freelance riders with HS fleet.
• Enhance rider daily performance by optimizing Issue Service and Rooster Compliance tools.

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education and Certifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
