• Coordinate domestic logistics for USA orders, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
• Manage and track orders across multiple platforms with precision and speed.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers like a pro negotiator.
• Resolve shipment issues before they escalate — your radar for chaos should be top-tier.
• Maintain daily shipment and performance reports to keep leadership in the loop.
• Continuously optimize processes for speed, cost, and customer satisfaction.
