What You’ll Do
- Coordinate domestic logistics for USA orders, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
- Manage and track orders across multiple platforms with precision and speed.
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers like a pro negotiator.
- Resolve shipment issues before they escalate — your radar for chaos should be top-tier.
- Maintain daily shipment and performance reports to keep leadership in the loop.
- Continuously optimize processes for speed, cost, and customer satisfaction.
