MERCHANDISER JOB DESCRIPTION

· Checking and responding all queries/emails and ensure that each email is responded on time and in correct way and each issue has resolved.

· Coordination with buyers to understand the requirements of an order and packaging, export, payment terms till the finalization keeping in view that planned ex-factory/ship dates do not effect and have the information on time.

· Handling of customers complaint carefully.

· Provide all details to Sampling regarding any development and handling all new sampling developments with Team Leader and Sampling department and ensure that each development is being ready and sent on time and all customer required formalities/documentation is being fulfilled. Inform customer for the dispatch date of any development.

· Follow up with buyers to have all the approvals on submitted samples.

· Final Inspection of POs.

EDUCATION:

MBA/MS/BS/M.COM (Marketing/Supply Chain Management), BBA (Hons) (Marketing/Supply Chain Management), or Equivalent Degree in Marketing or Supply Chain Management from Recognized Institute.

EXPERIENCE:

No (Fresh candidates are required)
