🌍 Job Opportunity: Head of Project Warehouse & Site Logistics (UAE)

Location: 200 km South of Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: ~1-2 years

We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Warehouse & Site Logistics to join our team for a major construction project in the UAE.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and site logistics operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse staff, ensuring safe and productive work practices.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, logistics, transportation, and site material handling.
• Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with project schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage logistics budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses for project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within construction or heavy industry projects.
• Proven track record in bulk material handling or equivalent complex industry.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and tools.
• Fluent in English (second language is a plus).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• The ability to work and live in containers
