Operations Executive - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land freight) and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor cargo movement and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in the system.
• Support the logistics manager with process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
