Fleet Coordinator

Responsible for the registration renewal of vehicles.

 Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, fuel consumption, and compliance documentation (e.g., licenses, inspections, insurance).

 Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.

 Interact with drivers and external service providers to resolve operational or mechanical issues promptly.

 Prepare reports on fleet performance, incidents, utilization, and fuel efficiency.

 Support accident/incident investigations and coordinate vehicle insurance claims as required.

 Maintain communication with internal departments to meet transport and logistics needs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
