We are a dynamic 3PL company specializing in end-to-end logistics solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project/Logistics Coordinator to join our Dallas team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless order management, warehouse coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Receive and process daily customer orders with accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Order Dispatching:
- Coordinate and dispatch orders to operations teams or external vendors.
- Ensure clear communication of order requirements and timelines.
- Order Fulfillment Tracking:
- Monitor and track the progress of orders to ensure timely completion.
- Address and resolve delays or disruptions in a timely manner.
- System Updates and Reporting:
- Input order details into the project management system.
- Generate detailed reports based on project manager instructions.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify and report service or operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve challenges effectively.
- Warehouse Coordination:
- Travel to the Dallas warehouse as required to oversee operations and conduct inventory checks.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management and inventory systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel locally to the Dallas warehouse as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ocean shipment operations.
- Experience in warehouse coordination and inventory control.
