Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Logistics Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, handling logistics inquiries, and achieving sales targets through strong communication and negotiation skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer handling, and business development within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities for freight forwarding and logistics services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations based on shipment requirements
• Coordinate with operations and internal departments for smooth shipment processing
• Follow up with customers regarding shipment updates and service feedback
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience (Required)
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry will be preferred
• Strong English communication skills (Written & Spoken)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients professionally
• Target-oriented with strong sales closing abilities
• Good understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight services
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
