LOGISTICS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/supply chain, sales.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle customer relations, resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Onboard new B2B AND B2C customer, manage sales growth and meet targets
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
• Collaborate with Delhivery and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
