Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Senior Executive to coordinate and optimize the movement of goods across Eyewa’s supply chain network. This role focuses on managing shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a
problem-solving mindset suited to a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, couriers, and
customs brokers.
 Ensure accurate shipping documentation, including HS code validation and customs
compliance.
 Track deliveries and update shipment data in the WMS system.
 Monitor stock receiving, inter-warehouse transfers, and inventory accuracy.
 Negotiate freight rates and coordinate duty payments with Finance and logistics partners.
 Maintain compliance with import/export laws and relevant platforms (FASAH, SADAD,
SFDA, SABER).
 Visit relevant authorities as needed and escalate issues directly, especially with SFDA and
SABER in Saudi Arabia.
 Provide shipment status updates and generate reports on key logistics KPIs.
 Identify cost and process optimization opportunities across logistics operations.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
 Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance processes, and ERP systems.
 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with logistics tools is a plus.
 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 Arabic speaking is required, with a strong command of English.
