Key ResponsibilitiesMovement Planning & Coordination

• Plan and monitor daily dispatch of ATM spare parts to field engineers and branches.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and field teams for smooth movement.

• Ensure adherence to defined TAT/SLA for spare delivery.

Tracking & Monitoring

• Track shipments using logistics tools, GPS, or courier portals.
• Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delays and escalate risks.
• Maintain movement dashboards and MIS reports.

Inventory Control

• Monitor spare stock levels at warehouse and field locations.
• Coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records.
